How Much Will This Cost To Buy?
A 1% EMD Earnest Money Deposit Is Due With In 72 Hrs. Of An Accepted Offer
Fees that are due at time of service, before closing :
$400-750 - General Home inspection (recommended but optional)
$170 Usually less - WDO Inspection report (Only due with certain lenders/Loans Like VA) + Reinspection if issue is found and fixed -Usually under $120 for Reinspection.
$ 140 +/- -4 Point inspection (usually required for insurance) + Re-inspection if issue is found and fixed -Usually under $130 for Reinspection.

$400-$1000 - Survey (The sellers may have one, I always ask)

All Prices Vary From Company To Company and Change With The Demand Of The Market
If you have signed an as-is contract / contract with no repair limits you may be liable for some repairs, we can always present it to the sellers, to see if they will cover some costs. Some repairs are the sellers responsibility. It's all very situational and I will help to navigate through this, if it ever comes up.
Fees due at closing
Closing costs: lender fees, title fees, prorated taxes and insurance.
UPON REQUEST, Your lender will prepare a " Net sheet " to show expected closing cost.
This will give you a rough estimate, your lender can always give you the most accurate information
